Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express options depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • North America: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 3–14 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Calimera is not responsible for these charges as they are required legally by the country in question.

Delays & Lost Packages
